Maitri is interior decorator in Brooklyn, NY. She comes from a background in fashion with a Bachelor’s in Fashion Marketing from Fashion Institute of Technology. Maitri worked for years as an editorial & costume stylist in Mumbai prior to moving to the US. She brings her taste in fashion to my interior style, just like the dopamine decor trend itself developed in fashion first then home decor.

Everything Maitri includes in a space serves two purposes—functionality and joy. In addition to working with brands to develop social media content, Maitri now takes on client work from her online community for interior decorating and consultations. She designed a space for Small/Cool NYC, a design show by Apartment Therapy, which led the front page dazzling review of the show in The New York Times. Maitri’s work has also been featured in Apartment Therapy, Better Homes & Gardens, and more.
