Brittany Cobb is Dallas-based entrepreneur with a career path as curvy as her favorite flea market back roads. She’s the founder and CEO of Flea Style, a multi-state retail empire selling bohemian-meets-western apparel and hats to millions of customers each year.

Brittany began her career as a journalist first with the Dallas Morning News and later in NYC where she covered lifestyle, fashion, and culture, before returning to Dallas as the editor of DailyCandy. With the recession and the shrinking of journalism, Brittany founded The Dallas Flea in 2009 nostalgic for the New York markets and California fleas she frequented as a child growing up in Orange County.

Opening up the first brick and mortar in 2018 as Flea Style, the brand quickly grew to nine more locations thanks to partnerships with the Dallas Cowboys, Autograph Hotel Collection, Omni Hotels and Galleria Dallas mall.

Through the growth from 0 to 9 retail stores and 1 to 100-plus employees, Brittany has managed to keep the brand true to its original handmade, vintage, one-of-a-kind

roots. The brand is best known for its custom line of hats and experiential hat bars, where shoppers work with a stylist to create a truly unique design decorated in accessories hand-picked by Brittany from flea markets around the world.

Brittany has her own namesake hat style with storied brand Stetson as well as fully-loaded custom line she designs in house. The stores host bridal parties, birthday parties, and corporate events, including hat bars set up for international brands such as NBC Universal, Cartier, Chanel, Ink Cosmetics and La Crema Wine. Flea Style has made hats for countless celebrities including Post Malone, Miranda Lambert, Lainey Wilson, Dak Prescott, Leon Bridges, Pink and more. For the past two years, Flea Style has been an official milliner of the Kentucky Derby.
