Lee Cadesky
ABOUT
Lee Cadesky is a food scientist, researcher, entrepreneur, journalist, and expert on the future of food. The co-founder and COO of both C-fu Foods and One Hop Kitchen, Cadesky earned an M.S. in Food Engineering at Cornell University and later served as a lecturer for the university post-graduation. Lee is now director of strategy at the largest meat company in Canada. Lee’s start-ups and innovative patents have been sold to the top food tech companies around the world. Lee has been recognized for scientific achievement by the Institute of Food Technologists, the American Association of Candy Technologists, and the American Dairy Science Association. Her articles have been published globally in a range of academic journals and popular press such as NPR, PBS, Le Monde, Scientific American, Popular Science, WIRED, and many more.
