Jenni Yolo has always crafted her own style. Growing up in Wisconsin, she would page through magazines, gathering ideas for clothes and decor she could make herself (at a fraction of the price!). After moving to New York City, Jenni started a career at InStyle magazine, working as a graphic designer and DIY columnist; which evolved into a website: ISpyDIY.com, product lines, and a TV show on the Magnolia Network "Makeover by Monday"!

I Spy DIY is now based in Milwaukee, Wis., where Jenni and her husband, Mr. Yolo, take on the ultimate in DIY projects: rehabbing 100+ year old homes, where they host guests and photoshoots. Jenni spends her time renovating, creating DIY decor, hunting for tchotchkes at thrift stores and flea markets with her daughters.
