SAM Kelly

ABOUT

Sam Kelly has a dual masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy, is an entrepreneur, wife, and a busy mom of 3.

Now a feminist coach for mothers, Sam teaches exhausted, overwhelmed, and overworked women how to share the mental load at home with their family. Through her wildly simple and revolutionary approach, “Notice and Do,” she’s leading a worldwide movement that’s empowering kids to be proactive household contributors.

Sam’s strategy and work has been featured on Good Morning America, Upworthy, Business Insider, ABC News, Yahoo, Motherly, The Daily Mail, and Scary Mommy. Her audio course, Little Cycle-Breakers, has changed the lives of thousands of busy families everywhere- from California to Iceland, including single parents, neurodivergent families, and even celebrities. And with a combined social media following of nearly 140k, Sam’s the known and trusted go- to expert for teaching kids about the invisible labor of managing a home, sharing the mental load with the whole family, and shifting the narrative for future generations.

Her shockingly effective and realistic method finally offers parents the mental load relief and support they’ve been waiting for, breaks the cycle of motherhood burnout and inequitable partnerships, and is the practical solution for raising confident, capable kids poised to be future leaders, innovators, and impact-makers because they can easily see for themselves what needs do be done...without waiting to be asked or given a to-do list first.
